Why can’t it be opened or crashes after installation?
Confirm whether the system version meets the requirements:
iOS users: Ensure your system version is ≥ iOS 16.0
Android users: Ensure your system version is ≥ Android 8.0
Some older systems may have compatibility issues, so it is recommended to update to the latest system.
Uninstall and reinstall the APP
Before reinstalling, please clear the cache or temporary files.
We recommend downloading through official channels (APP Store / official website QR code).
Check your phone’s permission settings
Ensure that necessary permissions such as “Bluetooth”, “Location”, and “Storage” are enabled, as disabled permissions may cause startup issue.
Close Background Apps and Restart Your Phone
Some device models require full permission loading on first run. A restart may resolve the issue.
Confirm the network environment
Initial startup requires an internet connection for initialization. It’s recommended to connect to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network.
