POWER METER:My power of the spider is showing 0 watts. What should I do?

1.Open the XCADEY App → Check if “Power Adjust” is 0%
If it is 0%, please adjust the Power Adjust to 100%, and recalibrate via the APP and bike computer;

2.If the Power Adjust is originally 100%, or there is still no power display after adjustment, please calibrate on the bike computer and take a photo of the calibration value, then contact after-sales customer service for assistance.
