Please first check if there are cracks at both sides of the crank.

If there are cracks, contact customer service and provide the purchase record or power meter ID for after-sales service.

⚠️ Do not send back without approval. If no cracks, please clean the bottom bracket and check if the five screws connecting the power meter and crank are loose or rusted. Replace the screws if necessary.
