XPOWER METER CRANK ARM:What to do if there is no response when charging?

1.Clean the charging head and power meter charging port with an alcohol swab, then try charging again.
2.If there is still no response, use a multimeter (or other testing tools) to test whether the charging cable outputs 5V voltage:
If the charging cable fails to output normal voltage, please replace it with a new one.
If the charging cable is normal, please contact after-sales service, provide the purchase record or power meter ID for after-sales service.
