GENERAL POLICY
We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales service.
1.All products purchased from [XCADEY] are covered by a warranty, the specific warranty period of which varies depending on the product type.
2.If a power meter within the warranty period has a non-human-induced quality defect, it can be directly replaced with a new one after inspection and confirmation by our staff.
It will be replaced with a product of the same model or a newer version of the same model. .
3.Products out of the warranty period can be replaced for a reasonable fee.Please contact our after-sales customer service for details.
4.All warranty services are based on the purchase date provided by the user.
If the above proof cannot be provided, the warranty period for the product will be calculated from the date of manufacture.
If the purchase date provided by the customer is far away from the actual product IDs delivery date, the product ID record shall prevail.
5.For products that have been replaced by XCADEY, the warranty period of the replaced product will still be based on the warranty period of the original product.
If the product is replaced at a discounted price, it will be deemed a new purchase of the power meter, and the warranty period will restart accordingly.
Therefore, please keep your payment receipt.

NON-WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Product failure or damage caused by failure to install, use, maintain, or store the product in accordance with the instruction manual;
2. Expiration of the replacement or warranty period;
3. Unauthorized disassembly or repair without XCADEY’s permission;
4. Product damage caused by accidental factors or human error, such as improper input voltage, high temperature, mechanical damage, drop, severe oxidation, or rust;
5. Damage caused by customer disassembly;
6. Other failures or damages not caused by product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality issues.
