1.How do I create an account?

2.What if I forget my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

3.How do I purchase a product?
Add the item to your cart and follow the checkout process.

4.When and how my order will be shiped?
After receiving your order, we will arrange shipment within 2-3 working days. We choose 4PX to ship your order which is safe and quick.

5.Where can I track my order?
Go to the My Orders page. Click “View Details” of each order to find the “Check Shipment” option on the right side of the page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email.

6.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
If the order not been shipped, you can contact us via email to change the address.
If the order had been shipped, you can’t change the address any more.

7.I made a payment but I haven’t received any email confirmation. What to do now?
As soon as we confirm payment is successfully received, your order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email via your registered email address on your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder in your email in case the confirmation email has landed in your spam folder. If you are a registered member with us, you can also log in to ‘Your Account’ to check your order status. If any further assistance is needed on these email issues, please contact our via Email.

8.How do I use a Coupon Code when placing my order?
To redeem a Coupon Code, please input the text code into the box named ‘Coupon Code’ in the checkout page, then click ‘Apply Coupon’. Please note that promotion code may not be used in conjunction with other offers.

11.Warranty
We offer 2-years warranty time for the power meter and 1-year warranty time for the mini pump. Refuse to destroy or send back for replacement without our confirmation. If you return or destroy the item without confirmation, you will be responsible for the consequences.

For the crank arm and mini pump, after our confirming, we will ask you to destroy it and replace for you.
For the spider, after our confirming, we will ask you to ship back and replace for you.

We will give you 30% discount to order a new one.
