SHIPPING COVERAGE
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide (excluding Spain and Portugal). Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
SHIPPING FEES
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $329 receive free standard shipping.
- Orders under $329: A flat shipping fee of $10 applies.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
- Processing time: 1–7 business days (delays may apply on public holidays).
- Estimated shipping time: 7–28 business days.
Please note: Shipping may be delayed due to customs clearance, logistics in remote areas, or force majeure (such as natural disasters or policy changes). We will notify you via email in the event of delays.
