1. Services

XCADEY Connect provides bike computer connectivity, ride records, route and training management, and account cloud synchronization. The app and account cloud synchronization services are free of charge. Availability depends on devices, operating systems, networks and services. 2. Accounts and use

Provide accurate account information that you are authorized to use and protect your credentials. Do not access another person’s account, device or data without authorization. Only import, upload or share content you have the right to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activities.

3. Synchronization and third parties

After sign-in, the app automatically synchronizes profiles, rides, routes and training content in the foreground when network conditions permit. Read the Privacy Policy before use. Third-party sign-in, mapping, planning and sharing may also be subject to provider terms. Interruptions can delay synchronization; verify that important information has been saved.

4. Cycling safety

Follow traffic rules and do not operate your phone while riding. Routes and training information are for fitness reference and do not replace judgment about actual conditions or professional medical advice. Adapt activities to your condition and the road environment.

5. Content and rights

You retain your lawful rights in your content and permit processing necessary to provide the storage, processing, transfer and synchronization features you use. Software, brands and third-party content remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

6. Ending use, deletion and changes

You may stop using the app, sign out or request account deletion from account editing. Refer to the Privacy Policy for data processing and deletion scope. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated appropriately, with consent where legally required. The operator must finalize governing law, dispute resolution and service responsibility provisions for release markets before publication.
