SHIPPING COVERAGE

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide (excluding Spain and Portugal). Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (From Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

SHIPPING FEES

  • Free Standard Shipping:All orders over $329 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • For Orders Under $329:A flat shipping fee of $10 will becharged.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

  • Order processing time: 1–7 business days (may be delayed on holidays).
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–28 business days.

Please note: Shipping may be delayed due to customs clearance, logistics in remote areas, or force majeure (such as natural disasters or policy changes). We will notify you via email in the event of delays.

DUTIES & TAXES

All product prices do not include duties and taxes. Upon arrival at the destination country, local customs may charge duties and taxes based on applicable regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any additional requirements, please contact us at info@xcadey.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.

SHIPPING LIABILITY & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1.Failed Delivery Due to Recipient’s Responsibility

In the following circumstances, where a package cannot be delivered, is returned, detained by customs, or destroyed by the carrier, all resulting losses (including but not limited to the product value, round-trip shipping costs, and processing fees) shall be borne solely by the recipient. XCADEY will not issue refunds or provide free reshipment:

  • Incorrect address information: The shipping address, postal code, or contact number provided at the time of order is incorrect.
  • Recipient-initiated address change: After the package has been dispatched, the recipient independently contacts the carrier to request a change of delivery address, delivery time, or redirection to a third-party pickup point or parcel locker.
  • Non-cooperation with customs clearance: The recipient refuses to pay applicable local duties (VAT/customs duties) or fails to provide required personal identification or import permits as requested by customs.
  • Failure to pick up in time/ refusal of delivery: After the package arrives at the destination, the recipient fails to collect it within the specified timeframe or refuses delivery without valid reason.

2.International Parcel Disposal Policy

Please kindly noted: For international shipments, if delivery fails due to the recipient’s responsibility as described above, under standard international carrier agreements, the package will typically be discarded or destroyed at the destination center and cannot be returned to the point of origin. In such cases, we are unable to offer any form of compensation.

3.Claims for Non-Recipient Responsibility & Burden of Proof

If the recipient claims that the delivery issue was caused by carrier error (e.g., unauthorized automatic address change), the recipient must provide the following official evidence to us for review within 7 business days after the logistics status shows an exception:

  • Official written notice: An incident statement issued by the carrier, bearing an official seal or authorized signature.
  • Official email correspondence: Communication records from the carrier’s official domain email address, clearly stating that the delivery failure or address change was due to a logistics system error or employee mistake.

4.Final Determination:
Until valid official proof is received, our company will rely solely on the carrier’s system-generated tracking log as the basis for determining liability. If official proof cannot be provided, the recipient shall bear all related losses.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in good condition and free of signs of damage not caused by human factors.
  • The returned product must include: Original packaging, all parts, accessories, manuals, and document.
  • The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Return Process

  • Send the product back to XCADEY and send the logistics tracking number to info@xcadey.com
  • Once XCADEY receives and confirms that the product is eligible for return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment account.

Shipping Instructions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
