What should I do if the APP fails to connect to the power meter?
- Confirm that the APP has been authorized to use the Bluetooth function
When opening the app for the first time, please allow “Bluetooth access permission” and “location permission”.
If you previously selected “Reject”, you can re-enable them in the phone’s system settings. - Ensure the power meter is activated
The power meter can only be searched when it is awake.
You can activate the device by rotating the chain counterclockwise or riding for a short time. - Keep the mobile phone and the power meter in close proximity
It is recommended to keep the distance between your phone and the power meter within 50cm.
Avoid interference from multiple surrounding Bluetooth devices (such as headphones, smart bracelet, etc.). - Try connecting while the power meter is charging
If the battery level of the device is too low, it may affect the Bluetooth signal.
You can try pairing after connecting the charging cable. - Check if it is occupied by another device
If the power meter is already connected to other device, please disconnect the original connection first and try again. - Still unable to connect?
Please restart your phone and the power meter and try again;
If the problem persists, please record the power meter ID and your phone model, and contact us through official customer service channels.
