What to do if charging is abnormally(indicator LED stays on)?
1.Wipe the charging port and the power meter spider interface with alcohol;
2.Try charging again;
3.If there is still no response, use a multimeter (or other detectable tools) to check if the charging cable outputs 5V voltage.
If the charging cable is confirmed to be damaged, please change it with a new one; if the charging cable is normal, please contact after-sales customer service:
