1.Check the “Power Adjust” setting in the APP
-Open the APP and check if the Power Adjust is set to 0.
-If so, please adjust the Power Adjust to 100%.

2.If the Power Adjust is already 100% but there is still no power display
Please provide the purchase record or power meter ID and contact the after-sales customer service for processing.
