I. What Data Do We Collect?
Device Basic Information (Necessary)
When connecting the device, the following will be automatically obtained:
- Device model, serial number, firmware version
- Bluetooth MAC address (only used to establish a secure connection)
Calibration Data
- Cadence / pressure value during power meter calibration
- Pressure range of air tightness test of the air pump (local processing, not connected to the Internet by default)

- Firmware upgrade logs: Retained for a maximum of 30 days after a successful upgrade, then permanently deleted.
- Crash & diagnostic reports: Retained for up to 90 days for stability analysis, then automatically purged.
- Contact information (if voluntarily provided): Retained only until your support case is resolved, and deleted within 30 days thereafter.
No user data is retained beyond these periods.
