Hello,
I am contacting you regarding a problem with my XPOWER-S GEN2 SRAM 8-BOLT 104BCD power meter.
During a recent MTB race in normal wet and muddy conditions, the power meter suddenly stopped working. It briefly reconnected but showed completely incorrect power values. Shortly after, it stopped functioning entirely.
Now the device:
Does not turn on
Shows no LED indication
Is not detected by my GPS
The unit was fully charged the day before the race and has only about one month of use.
Given that this occurred under normal MTB racing conditions, I believe this may be a warranty issue. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
I can provide activity files and screenshots if needed.
