How do I contact XCADEY customer support?
Email info@xcadey.com. That is the XCADEY support inbox for products, warranty, and orders. If you are writing about an existing order, add the order number.
Does XCADEY ship worldwide?
XCADEY ships from the official store to most countries and regions. Remote areas may have extra shipping fees. Spain and Portugal are served by an exclusive distributor, so the official website does not ship there directly.
How long is the XCADEY warranty?
Power meter spiders, cranksets, and dual-sided power meters are covered for 2 years. Single-sided power meters, CAPSULE mini electric pumps, and chainrings are covered for 1 year. Warranty is based on the purchase date, or the manufacture date if proof of purchase is missing.
Spider, crankset, pump, and chainring claims are usually replacement after verification. Single-sided and dual-sided crank-arm meters are returned to XCADEY headquarters for repair.
What is the difference between CAPSULE P20, P40, P60, and P80?
All four XCADEY CAPSULE mini electric pumps reach 100 PSI and fit Presta and Schrader valves.
- P20 Minimal – essential inflation for the lightest kit.
- P40 Smart+Light – about 98 g with digital pressure control.
- P60 Balanced – more battery for most riders.
- P80 Max Endurance – largest battery, most inflations per charge.
Where can I download XCADEY instruction manuals?
Manuals for XPOWER-S GEN2, carbon cranksets, CAPSULE P20-P80, crank-arm power meters, single-sided power meters, and the ALPHA 800 quick start guide are on the Instruction Manuals page.
Is the XCADEY App the same as ALPHA 800?
No. The XCADEY App is for pairing, calibrating, and updating firmware on XCADEY power meters. ALPHA 800 is a separate Android bike computer. Its companion app is not live yet and should not be mixed with power-meter App FAQs.
